ILS Fixed-Bed Loading Tool

Not every ILS solution is a complicated one. Sometimes the simplest ones can be the most important. Reliable and reproducible loading of trickle-flow reactors is key to being able to obtain high conversions for particularly challenging reactions like Deep HDS.
Any backmixing, channeling or wall-effects will result in decreased conversion levels and falsified results. Simple things like reliable centering of multipoint thermocouples can be key. In addition to this ergonomically-attractive handling of heavy reactors makes day-to-day operation much more pleasant.
The user needs a simple way to remove, transport, clean and load catalyst and inert material. For this reason, ILS developed a special fixed-bed handling tool assist users in inserting and removing, transporting, loading and unloading reactors. The tool makes it much more user-friendly and helps ensure reliable catalyst and inert loading every time.
